This is the famous Pyraminx puzzle that has been around for 40 years, and still it captures the original fascination.

Pyraminx is a triangular pyramid-shaped (or tetrahedron) puzzle.

The parts arranged in a pyramidal pattern on each side of the puzzle. The layers can be rotated with respect to each vertex, and the individual tips can be rotated as well.
It was designed by Uwe Meffert in the early 1970s.

The puzzle has 9 pieces where each piece is made of 3 wooden balls linked by 2 wooden rods. Also, not all pieces are the same size and shape.
The objective is to form a 3x3x3 cube and place it inside the provided wooden frame when using all 9 pieces.

This is a unique packing problem, where there are 2 rulers laying in 2 layers on a wooden frame. The rulers are broken to different segments where the smallest segment is 1 and the longest is 7. The segments on each ruler are connected with a metal pin that allows you to turn them to many directions and this makes the puzzle pretty difficult.

The objective is to take both rulers out of the frame, make each one of them 1 straight ruler, and then fold and put them back together to fit inside the frame in a way where they make a 7x6 rectangle and they lay in no more than 2 layers.
