If you received a coupon code by email, pop up on the website or see one on our social media channels, and you get an error message when you apply it, please recheck the following:
1. Make sure the coupon code is still valid. With every coupon code we sent we indicate the expiration date.
2. Make sure the total amount on your order is over the minimum required for the coupon. Many times the promo for the coupon code, will indicate a minimum order amount. That amount needs to be met in order for the coupon to work. The amount is for the total amount on your shopping cart, not including the shipping cost.
3. Make sure you enter the coupon code correctly, with no spaces before and after it.
4. Only one promo coupon code can be apply per order. If you already entered a coupon code, you will need to remove it from the shopping cart, in order to apply a different one. Choose the one that gives you the most discount. Please note that eGift Certificate or credit coupon, can be combined with promo coupons.
5. If you still having trouble using a coupon code, please Contact Us, with the coupon code, and how you got it. we will check it out, and get back to you.
