Solving this puzzle will entertain you for hours even though it looks simple.

What a great piece. A soon as I thought I'd gotten all the new Hanayama designs I stumbled onto Brilliant Puzzles (where I buy all my cast puzzles now) and I'm glad I found it. It's often said that any puzzle rating system is contingent not upon the solvers skill level, but really on their perception and problem solving prowess. Some you can think through just by looking at them, while others you have to just dive right in. Figuring a 5 would prove daunting, I was actually able to solve this in about an hour or so. Whereas I've had level 4's that have taken days. With Infinity, my thought process was spot on as soon as I had a good several minutes with it. Gave it to a coworker and it took him a few days to work it out. I think it's still in pieces actually! I especially like this one because it's a good little time ticker in that it can be fiddled with almost without thinking about it. True fidget gadget. Really elegant design, superbly cleaver and nicely polished. I really enjoyed this one.
